Booking Guidelines

• Booking requests are confirmed at the discretion of the office and not on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Bookings are 1 hour minimum. Booking requests under 1 hour may be declined. The system will automatically add 15 minutes to the end of your session as a transition time(clean up, flood, etc.). You will not be charged for this 15-minute block. However, the time will be allocated at the end of your request. If you receive an error that your requested time is unavailable, try starting your booking 15 minutes earlier

RATE sEASONS & paRAMETERS:

• Prime Rates: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 11:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday, anytime.
• Non-Prime Rates: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Late Night Rates(Ice Only): Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm – 12:00 am
• Fall & Winter Rates: September 1 to March 31
• Spring & Summer Rates: April 1 to August 31
