Facility Rentals
Booking Guidelines:
- Bookings are one-hour minimum.
- Requests less than an hour may be declined.
- The booking system automatically adds 15 minutes to the end of your session as a transition time (clean up, flood, etc.). You will not be charged for this 15-minute block. However, the time will be allocated at the end of your request. If you receive an error that your requested time is unavailable, try starting your booking 15 minutes earlier.
- PLEASE NOTE: This is a request only. LBCA reserves the right to adjust/deny requests for operational efficiency.
RATE sEASONS & paRAMETERS:
- Prime Rates: Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday, anytime.
- Non-Prime Rates: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Late Night Rates(Ice Only): Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm – 12:00 am
- Fall & Winter Rates: September 1 to March 31
- Spring & Summer Rates: April 1 to August 31
