Proposed Rezoning

To the members and community of the Lake Bonavista Community Association,

Below is a link to the letter Lake Bonavista Community Association has submitted to City Hall regarding the proposed rezoning changes.

Additionally, the Lake Bonavista Community Association has been added to the Multi-Community Rezoning Letter. Please note, although we did not conduct a formal poll or survey of our membership and residents of Lake Bonavista, the consistent feedback coupled with the turnout at the open house prompted us to add the LBCA to the list of 47+ participating communities.  

The LBCA encourages all those affected by the proposed changes to provide input via the available channels linked below.
