DESCRIPTION:Join us at LBCA Community Garden for the first Perennial Exchange!  \n\n\n\nBring a plant or cutting to swap and take home something new! \n\n\n\nPerennial Exchange – Event Format & Schedule \n\n\n\nWe’ve updated the Perennial Exchange format with two sessions to allow for smooth and fair plant distribution. \n\n\n\nMay 30th\, 2026 \n\n\n\n\nSession 1: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM  \n\n\n\nSession 2: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM  \n\n\n\n\nHow It Works: \n\n\n\nSession 1: \n\n\n\n9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Check-In \n\n\n\n– Bring your perennials to the check-in table.   \n\n\n\n– Drop off your plants and receive one ticket per plant.   \n\n\n\n9:30 AM – 10:00 AM – Open Exchange Time \n\n\n\n– At 9:30 AM \n\n\n\n– Session 1 ticket holders will select their plants. Each ticket you have been provided allows you to select one plant to take home. 1 ticket per plant! \n\n\n\nSession 2: \n\n\n\nSession 2 will start at 10:00 AM and repeat the same process (Check-in from 10:00–10:30 AM and Exchange from 10:30–11:00 AM). \n\n\n\nAfter both sessions:  Any remaining plants will be available as freebies on a first-come\, first-served basis. \n\n\n\nThis format gives everyone a fair chance while keeping the exchange organized and enjoyable. Please arrive on time to participate in your preferred session. \n\n\n\nThank you!
