The LBCA offers birthday packages that  provide 2 hours of facility rental space with a 15% discount.  (See package details below).

• -All party packages include up to 20 children/youth and 6 adults, additional guests @$5.00each  

• -Tables & chairs are included in MPR 
• -Gym equipment is included in gym packages 
• -Dressing room, nets/ shooter tutors included in ice packages 
• -Optional; Bounce Houses available for gym pkgs only
• -Tumble Time equipment and toys are not available for birthday parties
• -Parties must be paid in full to confirm booking 
• -If requesting online the discount will be applied upon approval
• -If requesting online please note what package you are interested in

• Cancellation policy:  

• -Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the booking will receive a full refund  
• -Cancellations made without 7 days’ notice are subject to a 25% fee of the cost of the package

• Birthday Party Guidelines:  

• -Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• -Food preparation is prohibited at the LBCA 
• -Alcohol is prohibited at the LBCA 
• -Food & Drink is prohibited in the gymnasium, bounce houses and ice surfaces 
• -Children 10 yrs. & under must wear a helmet on the ice
